In 2012, Kipp founded Precision Approach Capital and Precision Approach Marketing, leveraging his deep expertise to serve the asset management industry. His background includes pivotal roles at Citi Private Bank, where he served as Director of Business Development for Capital Markets and Alternative Investments, and Smith Barney, where he led product and sales management.

Previously, Kipp was the Director of Product Development and Management for Dryden Wealth Management (Prudential). There, he engineered and launched global managed account and alternative investment platforms across Europe and Asia. His tenure at Prudential Securities was marked by the development of pioneering advisory programs that fueled multi-billion dollar annual asset growth.

Kipp holds a B.A. in Management/Finance from Gettysburg College and maintains FINRA Series 24, 7, and 63 licenses.
