Kipp Good is an accomplished leader with a history of achieving growth and market presence with innovative investment products. Mr. Good is recognized in the industry for his ability to create products and platforms and effectively bring them to market. His record of pioneering and managing successful and impactful offerings is supported by a unique combination of technical knowledge and a keen understanding of marketing. 

Mr. Good founded Precision Approach Capital and Precision Approach Marketing  in 2012.  Previously, he was Director of Business Development for the Capital Markets and Alternative Investments Groups at Citi Private Bank.   Also, while at Citi, Mr. Good spent time as a product and sales manager at Smith Barney.

Before joining Citigroup/Smith Barney, Mr. Good was Director of Product Development and Management for Dryden Wealth Management, a division of Prudential. In this position, he led product development, product management, and product marketing with a focus on European and Asian markets. He created, launched, and marketed numerous global programs including managed account platforms, alternative investments, mutual funds, structured products, and wrap fee investing programs. Prior to this role, at Prudential Securities Mr. Good pioneered in the development of investing platforms, developing, engineering, building and marketing revolutionary investment advisory programs with multi-billion dollar annual asset growth.  

His industry knowledge and marketing successes include a wide range of product areas, with both international and domestic experience. He holds a B.A. in Management/Finance from Gettysburg College and has earned FINRA Series 24 (General Securities Principal), Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law).
